Default affordable front bumper?

I just picked up a cherry '03 (all but the front bumper that's cracked, right in the center plastic) and need a new front bumper solution.

as you may know, OE replacements are a fortune and there are hardly any used ones out there.
aftermarkets are even more $, and frankly overkill of my needs and not that great looking.

are there any clean looking bumpers anyone knows of for a reasonable price?
I'm not opposed to a steel bumper, but I don't need all the winch holes, tie points, or brush guards.
I'm not opposed to a bull bar, but no headlight bars.

any help/links would be great.

This is probably your best bet...

Lucky8 Llc. - Take the road less traveled...

A few others on here have this and can probably weigh in on it, but generally people feel like it's a good deal and is pretty solid.

Bumper options are pretty limited for what you're looking. I just got a Tactical Rovers bumper and love it, but lots of stuff that you don't want. You could call up a few of the fab shops that make Rover bumpers and ask if they could do something a little custom for you.

Eric over at Tactical Rovers is who I dealt with, he was great and answered all my questions.

Tactical 4x4

Others that you could try. I personally have no experience, so can't speak for them, but generally they are highly regarded.

Welcome to RTE Welding & Fabrication!

Never heard of, but you could give them a try.

There was a recent thread where a dude bought a aftermarket Jeep bumper and it went on fairly easy and looked tough.

Talk to Lucky8 and see if they have anymore of the TJM bumpers in stock. Well priced and look really good. I have one on mine, no winch tray...plan to get that in the future if I ever decide to Pony up for a winch.

I recently stumbled on this guy's site. I really like the DII bumper. $700. Just scroll down about halfway to find it...
