Default Age Old O2 Sensor Questions.

Sorry to post a question about something that maybe covered here before...
I was considering changing all my O2 sensors when a few months ago I had couple O2 codes that I read through my own scanner and so I said "heck I'll just change them all out and hopefully my CEL would go out..." But I'm not sure that having no circuit activity that just changing them all out would even have any effect? What would cause this circuit non activity? This print out I got from my shop that was going to help me out and change them out for me but he ran out of time to figure out why there was no circuit activity? And frankly I don't want to keep paying them to keep trouble shooting. Has this been an issue for anyone and what was the remedy for it? And second, my passenger catalytic converter my mechanic says is rattling inside. I have noticed that when I start the truck it does make a louder exhaust rattle sound almost as if a tinny sound but seems to quiet down after a few minutes warm up. It is still there after warms up but much quieter. Any thoughts if the Cats are just simply bad and is causing the trouble codes? I planned only eventually changing out the exhaust from Cats back but now it seems I may "have" to replace the entire exhaust as I won't be able to pass NYS Emissions test as it stands right now. Hey thanks guys for any input you may have on these codes and my Cat rattle.

O2 codes: no circuit activity?😳

They are cheap at rock auto
inspect wiring
replace all o2 sensors
replace your fuel purge valve
pcv mod
tune up wouldn’t hurt plugs wires etc

all cheap stuff.

if you get shop to do it. Not so cheap
