Default Air Bags Stink

Well I finally figured out my airbag problem. My Right rear Airbag would deflate it self from time to time mostly when i would park and shut the rover off. The past few days it would do it while driving if there was more than my self in the truck.so tonight I climbed under and sprayed soapy water everywhere to find that the bag it self is leaking. I also noticed that the air pump did not stay running? the truck was sitting on the bump stop shouldnt the pump have tried to keep it up? so my real question is does any one know where and about how much I can get a new bag from? I am in the central NJ area.

Thanks
Tim

Here are your options, fix it now, and again later, or fix it once and for all.

If I pull the bags. there is obvously things that need to be unhooked ie. the Air Compressor? the directions that are listed with the conversion kit they will tell me how to do that?

does taking the bags out screw up anything else?

All very good questions. No it will not screw anything else up
There are good directions at www.discoweb.org, click the tech link and scroll down and find the "D2 air to coil conversion" link.
I do not know if the coil kit comes with instructions or not, I would assume that they do.

The SLS is easy to fix if you want some help, don't jump into springs if the system can be fixed. New bags are cheap and the rest is a walk in the park.
