Air not blowing?

Air not blowing?
Ok ok so I did search but couldn't find my exact problem...
Since I've owned my 2001 Disco II, she's always had some sort of small coolant leak and I have never been able to pinpoint it (usually just fill'er up and she's good to go for a couple weeks)
About two weeks ago, the top radiator hose busted. No big deal, replaced it, good to go. Well sort of... Since then, my air conditioner has stopped blowing. The compressor comes on and I can adjust temp and fan settings fine but no air blows through. If I put my hand up to the vent I can tell it's cold. I turned on the heat and it still does not blow.
Any recommendations before I take her to get checked out?
