Default Airbox Lid Clip Fix

Just thought I would post my lid fix for anyone else looking for a cheaper alternative then buying a new lid. I used my dremel to shave off the broken plastic clip holders, pre-drilled my holes, and used the screws that came with the draw hasp to attach it. The screws will go through the tube and stick out but they don't touch anything, so I didn't feel the need (was too lazy) to cut them off. Works just fine and has a tight seal. Hope this helps.

So far mine has been rigged with a dryer hose clamp that goes around the stock clips in the locked position. When the posts eventually break off this will be my new fix. Look's good!

Hope it worked out for you.
