They offer both, the act model is geared more towards the us and Japan markets vs eur for euro

I'm trying to decide between the two because my front are done, r1 concepts rotors is what I'm going with just trying to decide if I want blanks or cross drilled.

When I was making my brakes decision a few weeks ago I ordered the EUR pads.

For rotors I found DBA has them on closeout, slotted only for $96/rotor.

I went back and fourth paying more for some drilled but in looking I found drilled rotors can crack much easier than solid and don't really give you much benefit on these vehicles. They're really for faster heat dissipation for people who use their brakes a lot at higher speeds like in autocross/track driving.

if your not going with drill and slotted you might as well just go with a solid rotor. The reason for the slots is to let the gases under the pads escape, well ceramic pads do not have that problem.
A slotted rotor will just get packed with mud or whatever, the drilled holes will stop that, but you are correct in saying that drilled rotor are more prone to cracking, but anything drilled is more prone to cracking than something solid or a milled grove.
That being said I used the r1 concepts rotors D&S with the zinc finish, haven't had any problems.
