Almost fed up
Soaking overnight with PB Blaster, wedging a wood block between two pulleys and smacking that wrench with a ball peen hammer with a lot of pist off energy broke it loose this morning. Hopefully everything is back to working order. Thanks to all for the help and advice.

I hesitate to mention but I will anyway. After the hell I went through getting mine off I have always added anti-seize to the main fan bolt. It has never spun off by itself (rotation o fan tightens it).
