well after a 25 miles trip the SES lamp finally came on. So I scanned the it and came up with three codes

P0141
P0160
P0161

but no Misfire codes. Now after the test drive it felt as if the miss was not as bad. I thought that if it was a bad enough miss the SES lamp would come on because of the miss. So I am going to have to replace the valve cover gaskets so I may as well change the wires and maybe the coil packs

No need to change the valve cover gaskets, just tighten the bolts.
8mm 12 point socket.

You got O2 wiring problems (heater circuits and inactivity codes)?

Well after some reserch on the Cruise Control I was able to fix it since the Vacuum line on the pump was split. Now as for the SES I found that the right rear o2 sensor looks as if the wire harness got caught in the front driveshaft and that was the end of that. Now the problem I have is where does that sensor plug into? I found a female plug that was mounted on a pushpin under the body almost under the Passenger front seat. I think that is the plug can anyone vouch that this is the male plug that I need to use.
Also while I was under the truck I found something I was hoping was not a problem. The right side head gasket leaking from the rear of the head. From what I can tell it is a external leak only. I did change the spark plugs yesterday, but I did not feel anything differant. So how bad is changing the head gaskets? I think I was lucky on this Rover,I traded a Ford Taurus with over 200000 miles for the Rover,I think I am ahead of the game so far. I just don't want to run the motor hot and have to replace a long block.
Also Thanks
Guys This Is A Great Site So Far

If you are a half way decent shade tree tech you can do the head gaskets in your garage over a long weekend.
Start Friday after work and drive it to work on Monday.
Assuming you already have all the tools you are looking around $500 for the head gasket kit and new head bolts.
If you remove the hood it is easier.
To have a indie shop do it you are looking at $1500 give or take.
