yeah i guess so but i dunno that i can face the hill so soon ... Land Rover Dealership here things i should File a Claim With The Corp as a faulty system and Try to get them to pay for all this bt i dunno sounds like a big headache to me any thoughts?

 

You wont get anywhere with the Corp. You would have to prove that if failed.
I am not saying take the truck all the way up the hill, just far enough to test the HDC.

 

Sotoday i spoke with Land Rover Corp And Wow To my Suprise there Very Very interested in this Whole Situation .. They asked me for a Copy of the Police Report and The Pictures and Were very happy to see that hdc was Active and All the Passangers in the Car Reported i did have The Car in Low Range and That i did Follow per the manual to the T what was said to due in the situation so now they have Givin me a claim number and Are Doing more investigating in to all this and finished the Call by saying were gonna have the Car Takin g to land rover of Ventura and If it is due to faliure of the system we can discuss compinsationfrom land Rover so i take that asa good sign or as maybe they know somethings wrong with the system either what ever as long as something changes so no one else will make the same mistake i did ..

 

Wow. Good thing Ford no longer ownes them. Sounds like Tata Motors is going to try and turn things around.
