I finished off my inline stat today.
idle temps are great, between 179 and 183. Bleeding was really super easy too, much simpler than stock and more like on a Classic or D1. One source of irritation is that the bleed valve still leaks slightly at the screw. Are people using plumbers tape to get a better seal?
I still have my overheat during hill climbing. I'm going to take a look at gearing next.
I let it cool off, refilled and bled one more time with the bleed screw now wrapped in some teflon plumbers tape. Honestly the most painful part of this mod is how nasty coolant is and changing the lower hose.
