Default Another Leaky roof question

So every time I get a heavy rain my roof leaks. Finally got around to pulling my headliner this weekend and last night decided to attempt to find the leak but after an hour I still found nothing using a water hose and sprayer. I hosed down all areas of both sunroofs and the roof bars and got nothing inside after what I considered lots of water. Checked the weather for the weak and no storms until Thursday so guess I might wait until then.

I usually park on a slope and if the nose is pointed down it will leak in the second row center vent area and the second row oh s*** handle as well. If the nose is pointed up it leaks and the third row, drivers side vent area. I am somewhat assuming water is dripping onto the vent ducts and running along it until it hits the spot it is dripping from but I dont see any signs of dried water so not positive on that.

The passenger side roof bar seems to be up a little higher than the drivers side, as in I can see more of the gasket under it and if it was leaking there it would drip onto the vent duct. I didn't get it to drip water but my plan is to go ahead and reseal the sunroofs and was going to try and reseal and tighten down the roof bars but I dont see any way to access them from inside. I will check the RAVE when I get home but thought I would go ahead and pose the question and also see if maybe I am missing anything else?

Have you opened each rood and while using a pitcher of water, have you filled each drain pan with water and verified that the 2 drain hose are open and water is pooring out from behind the tires on both sides?

try the roof gutter in the front, I think there was a TSB about poor chalking in that area between the roof rail and windshield edge

Jusr curious.... is there an easy way to clear out the drain holes, e.g., running a wire though the drain hole to unclog it?

I have the same problems, only in the real heavy storms it comes out the seatbelt on level ground. I've looked all over and dont see the tubes underneath, do the exit behind or beside the front tires?

I dont want to remove the headliner, either, as it was redone before I biught the truck (albeit with thick material). However, if I decide to keep it, I will pull the headliner, have it professionally redone, fix the leak and have MAACO respray the exterior.

Well followup to my post. Got a good thunderstorm yesterday and did find mine is leaking where the gutter meets the front glass. But that wouldn't cause the leak I see (surprised I hadnt seen this one before) as water just drips from the visor area.

After I got home from work took a pitcher of water and bucket and opened the sunroofs. Then began to pour the water by the drain tubes and sure enough all 4 of my leak if I dont allow the water to drain. What puzzles me is on the rear sunroof tubes the water struggles to drain because the drain tubes run uphill to get over the vents so I am guessing that where my leak is coming from. Once I pulled them off, re-routed them so they flow downhill, they drained just fine so hopefully I can make that a permanent solution as they only seem to drip when the water is stuck in the little box that the tubes connect to. Will buy some sealant and take care of that in a few days after I know they are dry

Do you have your headliner out? Or is it easy to work around the sunroof with it in?

I've read a few times that if you park un-level, then those tubes are not properly angled to allow drainage. It's fine if you only park for a moment, but when parked overnight, it becomes a problem. I think your idea of re-routing them at more of an angle is the way to go. If/When you get it done, please take and post photos for others...
