Default Another seafoam question

I know this has been covered to death. But I can't find instructions on how do this on a D1. I have a 99 D1 with 146000 miles on her. I wanted to get this done today I know I need two cans of seafoam (1 in tank/1 for induction cleaning) What else do I need? Where does the seafoam suck in? Thanks so much for any help! All the threads that I found through searching were for the D2.

Stand in front of the truck, on the passenger side valve cover is a hose going to the intake plenum, that is your PCV hose.
Do the induction cleaning the same way as a DII but use that hose on a DI.
While the SeaFoam is working use this time to clean your throttle body.
Also remove your oil seperator and clean that too. It is the little nipple thingy inside the PCV on the valve cover.
Clean it with carb cleaner, let it dry and replace.

Just make sure to use a pair of pliars to restrict the flow of Seafoam, youy want it to be sucked into the engine very slowly and by squeezing the pliars on the hose you can slow the flow.
Make sure to turn of the engine as soon as you empty the can and let it sit for at least 1/2 hour before driving.
By the way, it will smoke like hell for 15 plus minutes while driving.

Isn't it beautiful?? I did mine today too and I can't believe how great the truck runs now. I may have killed a small dog in the process from the smoke, but hey, the truck runs like new.
