Default Another seafoam + oil question??

Hey all.. I know I have seen the post about using seafoam in the crank case but there are so many I cannot find it!! I wanted to use a can to clean out my engine before I do an oil change... any suggentions?? I do know about the ATF flush which I did on another vehicle but wanted to know ther difference. Thanks in advance!

Use a can of gunk flush if you want to flush. Seafoam does not do as well in the crankcase. An ATF flush would be the best for starters...

I have a tapping valve. Would you still do a ATF flush??

the flush might solve the lifter noise. could be a clogged oil inlet on one of your lifters.

The Gunk flush solved mine for me. I plan on doing them every 10k miles.

If you use full synthetic oil it will help keep your engine clean. It has more detergants than conventinal oil.
It will also clean a engine over time.
