Default Another shock question

I have read a lot of confusing information about Bilstein HD shocks and a 2" lift. My question is, will a 2" Rovertyme or OME lift work with HD Bilsteins? If not can I get relocation mounts or spend the money and get new shocks. I am trying to keep costs down. Thanks

The old and new style OME shocks are nearly an inch longer then the factory shocks. Bilstein shocks are a little over 1/2 inch shorter then factory shocks.
Go with either the HD OME r the newer HD Sport OME shocks and steering stabilizer for your best results.
Do you have or plan on having a front bumper and winch, if so which specific springs will you be using?

Thanks for the reply Mike. No plans for any other mods, just want to do the standard 2" lift and do recreational off roading. I spend the extra money and get the OME shocks, my brothers are all using them in their vehicles and have no complaints.

Make sure to replace the steering stabilizer also. How about your front drive shaft, have you rebuilt or replaced it yet to prevent it from failing?
