Anyone planning on going to the Uwharrie Rover Expedition 7 October 22 - 24??????
I think I'm going to try to make it out there this year. Would love to meet a few more people from the boards! I've never been to the fall event at Uwharrie, but I've heard its great. Hope to see some of you there!!

I'm gonna try Cam but I don't know if I can come up with the scratch. Is that for this year, I went on there a month ago and they had last years event still up.

 

yeah they just added the 2010 date a couple days ago.
Hope to see you there! It falls right at the end of my fall break so unless something comes up ill be there.

 

Its nice they are keeping it free again for members, thats an extra tank of gas.

 

It's national forest, you could just show up and pay the $5 entry fee if you wanted to.

 

the fees usually go for the group campsite, a dinner, and other expenses to help the clubs.
But yes, you could easily just pay the 5 each day and be set. Luckily this one is FO FREE so the passes all we'll need.

 

Was planning on going, but the family had other ideas. Post some pix if you make it...I love that area, more than it loves me (Doh!)
