They’re the body nuts that the splash shield and a bunch of other front-end plastic panels screw into.

Auto parts stores have lots of plastic fasteners that can be adapted to use in place of what you've pictured. The Home Depot and Lowe's also stock some automotive fasteners.

Just use plastic rivets instead of the screws? I guess they should be strong enough?

Yeah, the product in the link is not the product he ask for... He is looking for the female part that the screw goes into. The kit contains all male parts.

Female ones are in the kit. They are just paired up with a male piece. You just need to separate them.
