Default Anybody know where these go?

Headliner project on its way to completion and I’m left wondering where the heck these green little guys go.

Those go on the back or top side of the headliner, in the middle of the where the mesh net mounting plastic trim thread comes through. Basically the only holes that do not have the metal brackets for support. Hard to describe in words, but it should be apparent.
