OK...I've added the 3rd row to my '99 DII. All the trim and hardware was included when I had it pulled from a wrecked truck. I completely forgot to get 2 parts...the hydraulic step (don't want it anyway) and the rear door handle. My kids love the 3rd row w/ it's independent stereo controls (perfect for 1 kid and the German Shepherd).

Has anyone added one of these handles? If so, do you know what type and size hardware is needed to secure the handle to the door? I've found one on fleabay, but it is just the handle itself, no hardware...
