I recently finished installing a Jensen VX7012. Looks great, and the sound blows the factory head unit away. Install was easy, and I now have the Land Rover logo uploaded to the screen. The green lighting color looks factory, and you can read the screen, even on a sunny day with the sunroofs open. I am really happy with it so far.
