my old one had them I believe. I don't have any pics off hand. They go on either side of winch tray opening right before the bumper kind of tails off to the sides. Not worth the money imo.

 

Thanks for the reply. I had my bumpers powder coated and not long after I pushed a broken down jeep Cherokee off a busy road. It was a total POS but if the opportunity presents itself again I don’t want to mess up my newly coated bumper.

Or maybe I am completely confused as to where they mount?

 

The 99-02 style ARB had built in rubber pads kinda like the TJM of the same era.
