Anyone have luck communicating with Baja?
Ordered a roof rack black Friday (Nov 2023), it arrive 2 weeks ago (end of Jan 2024). At the strong recommendation of the delivery driver, refused, there was nothing left to the box and it looked bent up against the wall of the delivery truck. It definitely had the crap beaten out of it.

If you paid with a credit card (not a debit/ATM card), you have significant consumer protection rights in the U.S. under law. You can easily dispute the charge. Most (?) credit card issuers make it very easy to dispute a charge online.
Yeah will try that now. It sucks, I really just want the rack haha. I found them on Facebook but they haven't posted since last November either. Or maybe I can't see their posts because I'm not logged in to Facebook.

I had tried to contact them as well recently but to no avail, Ended up going with voyager and they have been awesome to work with. quick communication and even had been able to make some modifications for the rack I wanted. Waiting on it in the mail at the moment but I get freight delivered to my work so its a bit different than regular shipping to residential.
