I bought a driveshaft from them a couple of months ago and shipped my stock shaft back immediately and still have not received my core charge back. I've tried calling and emailing with no response.

 

Do you have confirmation of delivery? I'm assuming you do and you paid with a credit card.
Call your bank and ask how much longer you have to dispute the charge (also make sure you haven't received the credit), then send Toddco an email and let them know you need your deposit back withing x days or you'll file a dispute with the bank. Leave yourself some leeway to file the dispute with the bank.

 

unfortunately I used paypal and I'm sure the time to dispute the charge has passed.

 

i believe paypal is 45 days

 

aha, you are correct - just barely have enough time. hate to do it, but I went ahead and filed a contest charge.

 

well, the charge contest on paypal worked. got the core charge back within an hour

glad to hear that all worked out for you, but why did it take you this long and why did you have to do all of this when they are suppose to take care of that for you.. I would still follow up. Thanks for posting it is important to know that certain companies need to be looked at when spending our money to feed our habits.
