Default Anyone running Frontrunner on their D2??

Any pros and cons?

I'm currently running Thule Bars but I need a flat surface roof rack to carry other stuff to make room inside the truck...

any other recommendations?

A photo I found online...

That's why I want it, the system they got to fit on their rack is amazing. Like the little clips...

I was 95% sure I was going to get the FR rack until I got a message from these guys which is 1/3 of the price of most of the racks in the market...

Baja Voodoo - Land Rover racks

If I can just confirm a few things with these guys such as weight and size. I may pick this up but weight is my #1 priority.

Can anyone confirm if the rear sunroof is supposed to be fully operational with the Front Runner Slimline? I have the Front Runner load bars installed, and I have to move the cross bar away from the rear window in order for it to open all the way. If there was a full rack over the roof, I can't see how the sunroof would operate.

I Just installed my Frontrunner slimline 2 a couple days ago. Was a great company to deal with. Not cheap by any stretch and I’ll probably spend money like a crack addict buying the accessories.

Front sunroof works fully. Rear will lift up in the back but not slide backwards. I’ve been selecting it open then hit the close button once so the actuator isn’t still trying to open it. That said I’m pretty sure if you removed one slat in the back it would work. That would mean taking it off the truck and disassembling it…Nope.

Very happy with the quality of the rack and hardware.

currently have the Kayak rack installed but not set up.

Happy accident…the wind deflector in the front pushes a good amount of airflow down into the front sunroof. Grove the cabin a great breeze!

Micmac. That looks good. Like how it sits very close low profile. For the front would one of their wind fairings fit ? Could you install 4 light mounts as well? Currently have a voyager rack that I was planning to have sand blasted and powder coated. Price to do that would probably be 70% of this setup and you have tons of accessory options.
