Anyone running treadwright howlers? If so how are they?
I am stuck between treadwright guard dogs and Howlers. I am leaning towards the howlers, and I know they will howl, but I was wondering how much they howl. I don't mind it but the wife (who doesn't ride in the Rover often, as she has her ML320) probably wouldn't like them if they are too loud. I currently have some bad Firestone Destination MT tires that are out of round/cupped and they are loud and vibrate and rattle like crazy. If the howlers don't intrude too much into the cabin I will go with them. Down here in Louisiana the mud is mucky and the Howlers are likely better in the mud than the guard dogs looking at the tread gap. I don't get to wheel that much, but when I do I like to show these people what Land Rovers are mad of and why in my opinion they are the best stock 4x4. Thanks for any help in this decision.I am ADHD so that doesn't help any in making my mind up LoL :-)
