Hi team for some crazy reason I’m thinking of a bull bar, here in nz arb seems to be the one I see most.
‘My last truck had an alloy bar, arb seems just to have a steel option , would I be right to think I’d need to upgrade the front shocks for the extra weight ?
then it’s the nightmare or shocks springs, I don’t do anything to crazy off road , any ideas on best brand ?

 

Not going to need new springs, they don't add that much weight.

 

Thanks I only mentioned it as the arb dealer asked if I wanted to upgrade as he said and I quote lol old shocks sag over time, obviously trying to get a sale
