Default ARB compressor location?

For those of you with air lockers or small on board compressors, where did you mount them? Under the hood? In the cabin? Pics?
I was thinking of putting mine where the factory jack is but Im unsure if the underhood heat and outside elements will kill it or not.

Buddy of mine put his in the rear of his vehicle. If you take the little vent out at the far right/rear, there is plenty of space. This would be opposite side if you have rear A/C. Works very well... there is easy access to the underside (for connecting to your lockers) and he even put a air jack right out the side of the below the tail light.

Mine is mounted on a custom bracket inside my passenger side rear storage bin. I also have an air chuck in my fuel filler door for easy access.

I mounted mine there as well with a bracket that holds it down. I did not want the heat or the elements to get to it.

You could, but it gets so hot under there that I never would. A buddy has melted several air lines with his under the hood
