also it seems pretty heavy will this make any noticeable changes in drive, bc i do not have any any rear seats. seems like a lot of weight on front end.

Did it come with the crush cans? You'll need those for a correct install on a 2001. The bumper is heavier than the stock configuration and if you install a winch it will be even heavier. I installed the OME 2" lift at the same time I installed my ARB bumper and Warn winch. If you don't have the crush cans, you'll need to contact ARB for them and perhaps you can get a hardware kit at that time.

You'll need the crush cans or need to have a local fab shop make up something to substitute for them. The only other hardware you should need are four 4-1/2 x 1/2 Grade 8 bolts and four 1/2" Grade 8 nuts plus washers.

I would look at the install instructions:
http://www.british4x4outfitters.com/...F/3432060i.pdf

Also look at the instructions for the 03-04.

The mounting improved a bit on the newer one. There are the 4 stock bolts, and you drill 4 more bolts, and then there will be a couple of bolts that pin the bumper onto the crush cans to keep it from rotating when you winch or bump into something like a deer or kangaroo.

I just ask because it shows them, so you get an idea if you have them and if not, why you need them or something to take their place. Basically they go between the bumper and the chassis, and are designed to be that part the absorbs low speed impacts so that you don't destroy the bumper or tweak the chassis. They are available separately, by special order from arb or their dealers, but they can be expensive, almost as much as you are paying for the bumper.

In the instruction sheet they are called impact absorbers. Crush cans = impact absorbers.
