I looked into buying a pair of crush cans back in June from ARB. I'm pretty sure they were $150 for a pair, plus shipping probably. And they were going to come from Australia and were going to take 3 to 6 weeks to arrive. You can download the installation instructions from the ARB USA web site.

yeah I don't have them. I emailed arb and the part numbers are 3751759S and 3751761S, 74 bucks each. what's one of these guards worth with the crush cans?

$500 maybe more maybe less depending on the condition. They are usually over $1000 new.

They are available separately, by special order from arb or their dealers, but they can be expensive, almost as much as you are paying for the bumper.
The cans are more for delaying the impact of the main portion of the vehicle long enough to let the airbags deploy. That fraction of a second that it takes for the crush cans to compress helps get the bags in place for when the cans are used up, the rest of the vehicle begins full-on deceleration and your body doesn't.

Can you check with whoever you bought it from? Maybe the cans are still on the donor truck.

I got them. i finally got ahold of the guy i bought it from. he works at the junk yard. he had to pay 40 bucks for them. so i gave him 50. he also got another bar that looks like it goes between the crush cans.

i know he didn't pay 40 bucks for them. he said he was sorry for having to charge me for them. after i gave him cash and they were in back of rover, i said you saved me 100 bucks. then he said you still got a good deal bc it was a 560 option. i was like no try a 1000, then you could tell the look on his face he wished he sold it for more. anyway am real happy now had to share.
