To be more clear the weak spot is in the downpipes below the flange where the exhaust manifold joins the downpipe... In the section connecting to the cats at the very top.... Also at the Y but that is further back behind the cats. You could have a leak big enough not to close off with heat. Very common issue.

One more source of the tick is SAI valves not closing and allowing exhaust gasses to flow back through the SAI air pump... You don't mention if you have SAI... This case the tick could be accompanied by a low burble sound... I also solved a minor tick by tightening the bolts where the brass SAI tubes go into the heads.

I don’t have sai, but I have 4 crappy o2 sensors and a cylinder 7 misfire that won’t go away. So replacement it is along with plugs and wires. I also have a p1319 code. Does that also happen because of o2 sensors being off?

P1319 misfire due to low fuel level... Seems to point to an injector issue.
