I swore I reconnected it well enough when reinstalling the radiator a few days ago, but here it is, disconnected and bleeding. Thing that's weird is that we drove it about 50 miles before it happened. Normal? Not normal?

 

You may have bent the nipple. Once you move those nipples around the base cracks.

Either weld it up or buy a new one.
