Default ATF leaking

I just took my 2001 disco in yesterday and had the tranny filter replaced and fluid changed. After leaving the shop i drove less then 1 mile home and parked. About 3 hours later I went back outside to leave and noticed a puddle of ATF under the truck. I took it back in this morning and he looked it over and said it was probably just spilled fluid when he changed it. I drove around all day today and came home and parked, again several hours later i go outside and now theres an even bigger puddle under the truck. I parked in a different spot so i would be able to tell if it was leaking. Its not just leaking, its puddling. What could be causing this? Oh, I went out to eat last night also and the truck sat for about an hour and half in the parking lot and i check when i left to see if it was leaking and it wasnt then. It seems to only happen if its parked for more then a couple hours. Apparently the repair shop doesnt no what they are doing so Id like to see if any of you might know.

There are several things is could be but the most probable is that the gasket to the transmission sump is leaking.
Take it back and have them look it over again.
You might want to hit the full service car wash and get a underside wash right before you take it back to the shop so it is clean and they can better see where it is leaking from.

Take it back and tell the mechanic to fix it or stop payment on him and get it to another shop ASAP before you run the ATF too low and cause problems.
