Default Atlantic British

I've sent Atlantic British 2 messages using their email messaging system snd hsve no reply what so ever. It was in relation to some trim pieces I need and they don't have listed but I'm told they have them by other members. Does the message system not work or should I just call them.

Businesses should respond quickly to email. With Blackberry's and iPhone's there is no excuse not to.

I hate being on the phone. I would much rather communicate through email.

Maybe but I know with Atlantic British I get super service if I call and speak with a human (dave). If I leave a voicemail message he calls me back within 20 minutes max.

Calling is more time consuming but, concerning Alantic British it works well. I called them today and it only took a few min's to get the answer I was Looking for.
