Default auto box / kick down

Hi All

Don't know if anyone has experience of this, but my 53 plate disco td5 isnt shifting gear smoothly. Its fine if I select 1 then put the foot down, but at about 3500 rpm it starts hunting between 2750 and 3750. Put it into D after this and normal service resumes. Any ideas?

Thanks

Gareth

Your teanny is controlled by the ECU and the tranny control unit when it comes to shifting. How long ago was the tranny serviced?
