Automatic Transmission Filter Kit - Autozone $14.99?

With the great info here and on the Rave CD (which I would not know about if not from here) I am going to change my Transmission Fluid and filter.
I have a question on the filter - It seams that there is a big difference on the price. Autozone has a filter kit (with only one o-ring) for 14.99, While British Pacific has a kit for $50 and then the dealer is about 120.
I would normally go for the middle of the road price wise or if it was performance go all out.
Should I go for the 14.99 Autozone?

2001 Discovery II with 109,000 miles. Not sure when the fluid was last changed owned for less than a year.
I recently changed spark plugs and wires. Magnacore 8mm that I overpaid for since I didnt search the threads for the cheapest place and Platinum +4 plugs.

Plus some brass fitting, hose clamps, and NAPA rubber hose... much better insurance than just replacing the stock filter, and for about the same price as the mid range one.
