Aux gauge lighting: where to connect.
Now that I've got my mechanical oil pressure gauge connected, I'm looking for suggestions where to connect the bulb so that when the dash light goes on, the aux gauge bulb also goes on, ( with dash dimmer switch also working it) .
Any suggestions welcomed.

Plenty of bulbs are run by the dimmer, can select from a number of headers, etc. See attached page. Those little numbers represent the connectors, you can look in the electrical library by connector number for a pix and location of the connector, so you can find one near your area of interest. What kind of oil PSI at idle and 2500 rpm, cold and hot?

Cold idle about 52. Doesn't go any higher when at speed.
Hot about 18 at idle. At speed, almost 50.
Original oil pump.
Gauge by Auto Meter, 100 psi 90 deg sweep
Had I known that, could have gotten a 60 or 80 PSI gauge.
Thanks for the diagram.
