Default AUX Light Failure

My disco came with AUX lights from the factory. The system failed last year, so I replaced it with a relay that was wired to the high beam. It worked fine. Then I bought a cruise control switch with a fog light cover on it from this forum. I wired it in using the diagram attached. It worked for 2 weeks and then the whole system stopped working today. Fuses are fine, bulbs are fine, connections are all okay. I even bypassed the switch and still nothing happened. However, with or without the switch in the circuit, the relay still clicks when it's supposed to. Do I need a new relay?

I don't know why I didn't think of that.
I'll try that today.

Tried the new relay, and it kind of worked. Let me explain:
When I connected the new relay, the lights came on so I put everything back in its place. Then only one light came on, so I turned the lights off and re-did all the splices and connections. I turned them on again and none of them turned on. Everything had continuity but when I used the multi-meter to test the positive output of the relay (while it was on), there was no voltage.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Have you checked resistance of the circuit?

If there is to much resistance for the circuit ( it wont trip the relay, and wont work)

Long story short, is your wiring to small.?

As dgi07 said, there was too much resistance on the power feed. I traced it back to the battery cable. What happened was that the bolt that secures the positive wire to the battery cable had gone missing. So I got a new bolt and it works perfectly now. Thanks for all the help guys.
