What did the plug #6 look like? Do you have a bore scope to look for any steam cleaning?

From previous it looked more or less normal. I dont have a scope though.

So not getting a code anymore but she still runs rough. At start up sounds like it could stall sometimes. During driving drives great but at idle you can feel the motor shaking. I double checked the timing at the new chain but looked perfectly tdc. The chain didn’t seem much tighter than the old chain.

Mine has always had a bit of a rough feel to it compared to other SUV's I have owned. If you have an Ultragauge , what is it reading RPM-wise at idle?

Have you tried an injector cleaner additive? O-rings would only repair vacuum leak, if there was one present there. It would do nothing to improve quality of injector spray pattern or if it was partially plugged. Also, you've had it a part a couple times now, upper plenum and such, debris could have fallen into injector setting area and be partially blocking port. A lot of crud builds up in the area around injectors, so it's important to use compressed air to blow crud away...before pulling injectors.

Don't go crazy with additive, 02's can only tolerate so much of it. Just a bottle to a tank of fuel, more is not better in this case.

Sounds like you need a new coolant reservior, very common issue. There are aftermarket ones, made of aluminum or factory plastic ones.

I’ll try the gas additive. The coolant reservoir is new. Seems like it sits low but not losing anymore. If I loosen the cap it will bubble up near level quick.
