On a positive note Ive got my 00 DII back on the road. After basically a complete tear down for the heads, front cover, oil pump, water pump, timing chain/gears, its running again.
I only broke 2 sockets, one bolt and had to tap one set of threads. As a bonus my head work only costs $50...thought that was good for a resurfacing

For the guys who like the negative, still have a P0440 emission code that I have had for as far as I can remember, it comes and goes but can't isolate it.

Anyway thanks to all those who have helped out over this endeavor (about 3 weeks)
