The slide pins on this caliper are toast, the outboard pad isn't even touched.

On a replacement caliper, you don't absolutely need to spend hundreds on a genuine caliper. Over the years I've had good experiences with the A1Cardone line of brake calipers. The Centric stuff works also, but I've only used them once recently so I can't personally speak to longevity. Partsgeek.com has a good price on both lines, you'll want to go with the caliper and bracket set that will come with new guide pins and boots.

I've used both the Cardone Discovery and Defender calipers without any issues at all. Well, on one of the rear calipers the mounting hole was too small, but 5 min to put it in the drill press and drill it out and it's been fine. I also just installed a set on my F-250 and they are fine.
