Have you checked the transfer case fluid? This fluid check gets overlooked a lot.

Hi All,

Thank you for all your replies.

So I took the car for a wheel alignment and when it was up in the lift it appears that the vibration problem is coming from the transfer case, it looks like a bearing or something is damaged inside because you can feel it is not tight when you move the rear or front shaft. It was only evident when the wheels are hanging, with the wheels on the floor it appears to be tight. Additionally is leaking fluids everywhere around the transfer case.
I am going to get a salvage transfer case an put it on and will keep you guys updated if that resolved the issue, I hope it does.
Thanks
