how about just jacking the truck up and checking the ball joint? Why cant it be checked like every other ball joint?
but if it wasn't there before you did the arms, it it does it now. i going have to guess it has to do with them.

I would suggest if you are going to this extent to fix your steering then add a ajustable pan hard rod so you can pull you axle back to center
T.F. adj panhard rod already installed.

Haha. Not sure what closure was provided. I'm still trying to narrow down my issue. I've ordered four ball joints and am going in for alignment after they're installed. Ill post my results in a week or so. Stay tuned. Thanks for all the help fellas.

So, I decided to take it in for an alignment prior to installing the ball joints.
Just picked it up and results are below. Side note: Castor is now good (thanks to the 3 degree TF castor correcting arms).

As you can see the the alignment is w/in spec. They didn't have to adjust anything. But, I still have the same symptoms.

Steering wheel is off to the left and truck pulls to the right.

What is wrong w/ my rig? Ball Joints? Steering Box? Steering Linkage?

Most of the time it's tires that cause pulling if your suspensions and steering is ok. If your tires aren't directional you could try swapping them side to side and see if the pull changes directions or goes away.

Lifting it could put your steering wheel off, even if your alignment is good. You could have them install the bolt that centers the drop arm (pitman arm) in the steering box and attempt the alignment again. If its off have them adjust it with the box pinned like that. And then they might have to adjust the steering wheel to match.

Tires are fairly new. It just started to pull two days after I installed the TF radius arms. Before the radius arms it tracked perfectly straight.

I'll have to research more on this pitman arm/steering box. I have an incline that's where the problem lies.

So I got CLOSURE yesterday.

Turns out the Terrafirma panhard rod bolts the ones that secure the rod to the truck worked loose causing the differential to shift around while driving. This is why my steering wheel was off center and the truck pulled to the right. WTF. Sometimes it would autocorrect itself, I'd hit a bump and the steering wheel would go straight.

Turns out my ball joints and hubs were nice and tight, it was a loose panhard rod. Scary in a way.

I would suggest to anyone, after installing suspension components to go back and re-torque every bolt after driving approx 500 miles to 1000 miles. They will work loose.

that's good, but I would find a new alignment shop if they didn't find that after two try's.
