Battery dying and day time driving lights not working
1997 Disco: I am noticing my battery is becoming weak over night and the day time running lights are not working. I tested the power loss with a test light and disconnecting negative terminal. I sourced the problem to the secondary fuse panel under the hood by the battery (not the drivers side fuse panel). It's the fuse marked side marker lights, this fuse powers day time driving lights and side maker lights. Not sure where to go from here??? looked at the wiring surrounding this circuit and nothing stands out?? This has not been inter-mitten, it has just started in the last 3 days.
Any help is appreciated!

See attached. I would make that drawing to show that F2 under the hood drives the daytime running lights module, and the fog relay, and then thru the switch the fuses F8 and F2 under the dash.
THANKS THIS IS GREAT!
Just wondering the location of the Day time running light relay and fog lamp relays location?
Would a faulty relay cause this problem do you think? Doesn't make sense???
Thanks!
