Default Bedliner for wheel flares?

Has anyone used bedliner on their wheel flares? I need to do mine again. I used black paint years ago and that has deteriorated. I am thinking bedliner, because they will not be smooth anyway, and covering that with UV resistant clear coat.

I used plastidip a couple years ago and still looks good. Easy to apply, touch up and clean up.

I have bedliner on mine, had them prepped (while on rover), sprayed and that was 4 years ago. Paid $100 for the four flares plus the rear door latch above the license plate. If they ever dull, I throw a coat of armour all on them and they shine right up.

+1 for the PlastiDip. I sprayed it on the vehicle and then scored around and peeled it off the body. I found the thicker it's applied the easier it is to peel off the body.

Mine has probably been sitting on there for about a year now.

Did you use the rustoleum bedliner from Walmart or another brand? It looks good!

I had this done when I lived in Houston, it's actually sprayed on, took them about an hour with prep.

If I can ask, how much did you pay and where did you get it done in Houston? I'm in the area and trying to decide if I just spray it myself or take it somewhere.

If you go the bed liner route and want to DIY, stay away from the spray cans. I tried several and they do not spray very clean or cover near as good as the liquid rolled on from the gallon or quart. I did my headliner and my nudge bar with the stuff and turned out excellent. The pro guys spray with the right equipment not the rattle cans.
