It’s been a while since I last bought one on Ebay. I’ve noticed prices go up & down.

I bought the Nissens a while back from FCP Euro. I want to say it was like $150 or something. No issues

a new radiator can make a huge difference in coolant temps. i don't remember which one i picked up off ebay but the install was pretty easy.

with the new waterpump, new 180 F thermostat and new radiator even in the Saint Louis heat, over 90 F, and the AC on the truck is running nice and cool.

my daughter drives the truck a lot and mentioned to me the other day that it was running a little hotter than normal. this was on a very hot day with the AC going. i said, oh yeah. what were the temps?

right at 199 F, she said.

i can live with that.

What about electronic fans? Those kits should come with mounting hardware to attach to any radiator, right?

This is the rad I got off eBay, looks half decent, only thing seems cheap is the actual fins are fairly soft. But as long as they don’t get bent it should be ok. 🙏🏻
