Default Best dealer award to.....westside land rover

SO,

As you all know ive been fighting to find out what is going on with my abs. Have a few things on a list in question, but no real way to tell what is going on. So from my knowledge of a great dealer in cleveland from when i owned my volvo....i put a call into Westside Land Rover. Now let me tell you i lived in columbus, ohio for three years, the local dealer there MAG in Dublin ohio.....SUCKED. The WORST service if you can call it that i have ever seen anywhere, even below a walmart oil change. RUDE service manager named bill, arrogant, nasty, and no help what so ever. Never could get anyone on the phone to help you if you called, without being asked to hold for 20 minutes. WILL NOT offer you a loaner car, and if you ask for one they say, "oh im sorry we would have had to schedule that out a few weeks". I mean if i knew my car was going to break down or need repairs a few weeks earlier, i would have had them taken care of then, Just a mess.

NOW, the good part.

Westside Land Rover is sent from above I swear. The most helpful bend over backwards dealer I have ever been to. I am only 25 years old, and do not expect rolls royce service, but would just like some honest help and caring customer service when i take my car in. They offered to give me a loaner FREE without even asking, and my disco 2 is a 2002! I also mentioned to them about my abs problem that I wanted it checked out, and the guy says, "oh sir, we do a full point inspection when you bring your car in free of charge, its our complimentary used car inspection". I about lost it, I have talked to spike and we both agreed I would probably being paying 2 hours labor to have the car inspected to get a baseline of what I am dealing with as far as items needing attention, according to dealer standards, using the CORRECT diagnostic equipment etc. I am blown away, i could not ask for more, and I will take my laundry list he informed I would get, and start pecking away at the most important things first. I URGE any of you who have doubts about the dealer but have to take your truck in to get looked at by someone PLEASE do yourself a favor and see these people. They are really great, and stood behind my throttle body problems with my volvo when MAG in dublin just gave me attitude and wanted to charge me 1000 plus for a new one.

I will let you all know what is found!

Yes, I am not one to run to the dealer for things, being that I have just bought this truck, I am taking it there to get a baseline to start from as far as what needs attention.

If there was ever a time you needed service at a dealer its well worth your drive if youre not that impressed with the service youre getting at your dealer near ohio
