Default Best place to buy parts while in the UK

Hey all,

I'm going to be in the UK for the next few months for work, and it would make a lot of sense to buy parts I need while I'm here, since the cost is so much less than what it would be in the states.

That said, I can end up with **** parts here just as easily as I can in the states. Can anyone recommend a vendor here in the UK where that's less likely to happen?

Talk to Peter, username listerdiesel on discoweb. He's in the UK and is very helpful.

one place is Rimmer Brothers - Triumph Car Parts, MG Rover Car Parts, and Land Rover Car Parts and Spares

Or buy a Defender and bring it back...

If I had a trip to the UK, and time for fun, shopping around for used Defenders sounds like a great pastime.
