Default Best way to 360 spray POR-15?

Was thinking about getting an insecticide sprayer but my concern is that the paint will be too thick. I need to spray the entire chassis including the inside to make sure rust stops eating away at it.

You should totally degrease and prep the metal first before spraying POR-15 on the chassis.

By prepping the metal do you mean putting down a primer or just cleaning the big chunks of rust off? Thanks

The recommended process from POR-15 is to degrease, etch, then paint. They sell 3-part kits.

I’ve painted directly without degreasing and etching. It worked, but I have no idea how long it lasted. That car is long gone.

Eastwood sell nozzles designed for this purpose. Call them.
