Big problem any ideas? - rounded off cylinder head screw
So I get down to taking of my second (passenger side) cylinder head and I noticed some of the bolts heads are a bit worn, not sure what that is all about I was able to get the first one off but when I get to the second one to remove (in the rear corner of the cylinder head) the bolt head is completely rounded off with no hope of coming off by normal means. I'm pretty frustrated at this point because everything was going great.
Does anyone have any ideas where to go from here? Do I try to drill it out or do I need to find a welder to try to weld on a rod to the and try to back it out? Or am I just screwed (in)?

GIVE THIS A SHOT.........
grind off the bolt head, or maybe use a dremel tool with the small cut off wheel........
hopefully you can lift the head off of the remainder of the bolt.and then grab it with some visegrips or something else to remove it.

Second on the easy out.. great tools.... (but don't snap them off... tremendously hard steel and pretty much un-drillable)..
Also, as an aside, if you snap a head bolt off, you can actually use the eraser end of a pencil pushed down in the hole to get enough grip to extract the broken bolt... I didn't believe either til I tried it...

I got it! I used the $20 bolt remover set from Harbor Freight. I bought that as a backup to the piece of garbage $60 "Super Socket" set from Sears. I broke that thing into 8 pieces. Hopefully they will not give me any problems getting my money back.
That bolt was on there man, I almost broke my breaker bar it was bowed back like a plastic spoon.
