I replaced my front d/s with a great basin reman. Driveshaft... It wasn't quite balanced, and I was heading out on a road trip thru salt lake city so I called and asked if I could stop in since I didn't have time to mail and swap.
I met bill and he was really cool, talked for a bit, and then he sent me two blocks away to get it re balanced... Less than an hour later it was balanced and back on my truck. Now all is good. Great service... Plus he had a bunch of kick *** rovers on his lot

 

That is just one of the reasons I send so many people to him.

 

I have spent many hours talking with him on the phone. He is the real deal and a damn fine person. He may not always be the cheapest but I will only buy from him when I need. Glad he once again exceeded his reputation.

 

I really wish I could say my one and only experience with GBR was good. As with any shop, there are folks who have good experiences and those who do not. Mine was so distasteful (and actually still not over, even though it started in April) that I highly doubt I will ever do business there again.

I ordered a shaft through him recently, expecting it to arrive in the next couple of days, and will admit I had a very pleasant experience thus far.
