Default Bleed Screw...Screwed ME!

It was in the end not that big of a deal...but! So the bleed screw on the coolant T decided to split in two in the woods and snow when it was 4 degrees and I was by myself. I had a few extra button head screws with me so i was able to extract the remaining piece and re-thread with a touch of Permex around the head for extra security..It has proved to be a good temp fix. Soooo, I would like to replace the entire T with a brass fitting not the LR factory plastic. Does anyone know of a parts house that might have this. Thanks. Sorry no pictures I was cold and pissed.

Find a metal fab shop and have one made, cause no one makes one.
I would just suggest you go by BMW and buy a couple screws and be OK with it.

FYI from someone that works at a BMW shop, the OE BMW bleed screws are plastic. You will need to go to a shop that knows where to get the brass bleeder screws. If you can't find a local shop to get you the brass ones send me a PM, I can get them from one of my suppliers.

I think the only way my boss would OK that is if there was an order for probably 15-20 of them.

Rover comes with the plastic screw, a metal one is not needed on the plastic tee, just put a little lube on the thread and don't tighten it so tight you can't remove it.
